Entrepreneurial life is hard and unpredictable.
In my observation only the most resilient, creative, smart, and hardest working talents finish their entrepreneurial rollercoaster ride with a big smile. Entrepreneurs are mostly recognised once they shine bright like a diamond, but we tend to forget that all diamonds are born under extrem pressure, and never overnight. I personally started from zero. I experienced years of painful pressure. It was never an option to give up. I understood, failure teaches the hardest lessons, but success unlocks freedom. Today I enjoy to lead, build, teach, support and work alongside innovators and brillant talents.
Experience is not a guarantee to win, but it can have a drastic impact on our odds.

Career
I have over two decades of experience in various leadership and advisory roles, primarily in the fields of venture capital, private equity, and innovation management. Since September 2012, I have been the CEO of Venionaire Capital AG, where I lead a team specializing in venture capital and private equity investments. Additionally, I am a Managing Partner (CEO) at Venionaire Investment GmbH and the Director at Venionaire Capital Advisory Services Ltd.
My career includes founding the Business Angel Institute in 2012, where I also serve on the Academic Board. I hold various positions across several organizations, including President of the European Super Angels Club since January 2017 and Board Member & Master of Ceremony at the World Venture Forum since October 2022. I have also served as Head of Digital Transformation at Linde Verlag since September 2022, focusing on their 2025 digital strategy.
Furthermore, I hold roles such as Managing Director of Iridium Family Office GmbH, Entrepreneur in Residence/Managing Director at DealMatrix, and Member of the Board of Directors at Unmanned Life. My extensive experience also includes advisory and leadership positions at organizations such as Blockpit AG, ELOOP Foundation, and various other ventures and initiatives, where I leverage my expertise in management, business analysis, mergers & acquisitions, and agile methodologies.

Rotary Clubs are part of Rotary International, a global nonprofit organization dedicated to humanitarian projects, promoting peace, education, and fighting diseases. The clubs are organized in various cities worldwide and consist of businesspeople, executives, and other committed individuals who meet to carry out community service and build networks.
