In my observation only the most resilient, creative, smart, and hardest working talents finish their entrepreneurial rollercoaster ride with a big smile. Entrepreneurs are mostly recognised once they shine bright like a diamond, but we tend to forget that all diamonds are born under extrem pressure, and never overnight. I personally started from zero. I experienced years of painful pressure. It was never an option to give up. I understood, failure teaches the hardest lessons, but success unlocks freedom.   Today I enjoy to lead, build, teach, support and work alongside innovators and brillant talents.   Experience is not a guarantee to win, but it can have a drastic impact on our odds.
